1. Introduces APIV2 to enable extension of API set
and retain the backward compatability to earlier version (consumed by Mobile Devices).

* api.php has been refactored to load api.v1.php or api.v2.php


2. Web UI enabled with multi-layout support (see Mobile.Config.php) - default layout ng added (based on AngularJS+API).

* modules/Mobile/ui, modules/Mobile/resources, layouts/vlayout/modules/Mobile/generic - folders deleted.
* modules/Mobile/html, layouts/vlayout/modules/Mobile/simple - folders added.
